Unlimited Team Members
There are no restrictions on the number of team members you can have in EnkiTask. Whether you're managing a small group or a large organization, you can invite as many members as needed to your projects. This allows you to scale your projects as your team grows without worrying about limitations.
Creating Unlimited Teams per Project
Each project can have its own set of teams, and there is no limit to how many teams you can create. This flexibility allows you to organize your work by specific functions, departments, or task areas, ensuring that everyone has a clear structure within the project.
Inviting Teammates by Email
Inviting teammates to join your project is simple and convenient. All you need to do is send an invitation via email. If the person you are inviting already has an EnkiTask account, they will receive a notification and can immediately join your project.
If they do not have an account yet, an invitation email will be sent prompting them to create an account on EnkiTask, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Managing Invitations in EnkiTask
When a user is invited to join a project in EnkiTask, they are given two options: accept or decline the invitation. This decision is communicated clearly through the invitation email, which includes a direct link to either join or decline participation in the project. Regardless of the decision, the user who sent the invitation will be notified whether the invitation was accepted or declined, ensuring transparency and efficient team management.
If the user accepts the invitation, they will immediately be granted access to the project and can start working on tasks without delay. This instant access ensures that users can hit the ground running, contributing to the project right away. On the other hand, if the user declines the invitation, the project owner will receive a notification and can explore other options for team collaboration.
With these features, managing your team in EnkiTask becomes a breeze, allowing you to focus on achieving your project goals efficiently!
